All content streamed from this platform is free to access, expanding global education and program reach. Sponsoring companies support this mission while connecting with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders worldwide and increasing their influence in the cardiovascular field. World Connect sessions remain available on-demand for three months post-event, extending visibility and maximizing return on investment.

The application fee varies depending on the satellite program (see above), but all academic satellite programs include:
- Meeting space and room setup (which cannot be altered)*
- Two (2) session scanners - supporter is responsible for managing registration onsite
- Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
- Promotion/Marketing
- Preregistration services
- One-time use of the TCT®preregistration list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference
- Session listing on the conference website, conference app, and e-blasts promoting all satellite programs
- One-time use of the TCT® final registration list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference, for informational purposes only
- Any further marketing efforts, as well any faculty expenditures, such as honoraria, hotel, and/or travel, are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. All faculty are required to participate in person as virtual participation is not permitted.
*Evening programs only include the meeting space. The room set-up, catering, and AV, is managed by the sponsor.
Academic satellite program time slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on each of the Satellite LOAs. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, April 8, at 1:00PM EST. Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted.

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required before the Academic Satellite Program LOA can be reviewed and approved. Following payment, an official confirmation letter with key logistical details will be issued.
