TCT® 2025 will feature two Training Pavilions containing dynamic, interactive learning workshops designed to equip clinicians and members of the heart team with high-quality, hands-on training and practical, interactive education. Training workshops provide physicians with in-depth knowledge of device features, functionalities, and best practices, enabling them to deliver superior patient care and make informed treatment decisions. Moreover, hosting training workshops at TCT® 2025 will strengthen the relationships between your company and the heart team, driving long-term loyalty and market growth.
Application Fee (for three back-to-back workshops): $80,000
The Training Pavilions at TCT® 2025 give industry the opportunity to conduct 60-minute training workshops in the Training Pavilion. These workshops will take place in-person from Sunday, October 26 to Tuesday, October 28 and can accommodate up to 40 attendees.

- Session listing on the conference website, conference app, and e-blasts promoting all training workshops
- One-time use of the TCT final registration list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference, for informational purposes only
- Faculty: CRF will provide complimentary meeting registration for all invited Training Pavilion Faculty
- Shipping costs (inbound/outbound/labor)
- Material Handling (inbound/outbound/labor)
- Labor and/or supporter staff to set-up/strike the equipment supporter is providing
- Labor for AV
- Any items not listed in the outline of what is provided including any special requests/needs
Supporters are required to provide:
- In-kind equipment
- Support staff to manage each workshop

Training workshops slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on the LOA. Submissions will be accepted beginning Tuesday, April 8, at 1:00PM EST. Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted
